If your doctor has referred you to a specialist for further care, you will be asked to book your appointment through the NHS e-Referral system. This service is fast, secure, and convenient.

The e-RS Manage Your Referral website allows patients to:

• Book, check, change, or cancel appointments online
• Choose a suitable date, time, and location if multiple options are available
• Avoid the need to contact the practice for appointment updates

You will typically receive a letter from us within two weeks with instructions on how to book your appointment, including any necessary passwords.

Tracking Your e-Referral

To track your referral online, you will need:

• Your date of birth
• Your reference number (found on the first page of your letter)
• Your password (found on the second page of your letter)
